About the event
This menu welcomes a new set of spring offerings including favourite herbs such as nettle, dandelion, cleavers, wild ramson.
And it welcomes one of the most ancient blooms in the UK, from the magnolia tree.
Adapted from Spanish rooted flavours with an alkaline twist, to preserve tradition whilst updating the produce as close as possible to how our ancestors would have been eating.
