About the event
This menu welcomes a set of early spring offerings including favourites such as the allium or wild onion family: wild ramson, three cornered leek. Blooms such as: cherry blossom & sweet violet.
An array of seasonal produce will also be included to recreate some of Elsa’s Spanish recipes adapted to the alkaline lifestyle, to maintain flavour whilst letting go of what makes us sick.
