About the event
This menu welcomes a set of late autumn offerings including favourites such as wild mushrooms, elderberry, apples, rosehip, hogweed & will include a favourite seasonal crop: hemp. And winter specials such as roots: burdock, valerian & dandelion
The leaves & seeds that will be used have been organically sun grown by Tereska from Naturliett
Adapted from Spanish rooted flavours with an alkaline twist, to preserve tradition whilst updating the produce as close as possible to how our ancestors would have been eating
