Ancient grain Xeixa flour

Xeixa is an ancient heritage grain traditionally grown in the Balearic Islands and parts of Catalonia in Spain.

This soft wheat variety has been cultivated since at least the Middle Ages, and some sources suggest it may have reached the region during Roman times

After almost going extinct in the last centur, it has been brought back to life by independent Spanish sgricultors

This Xeixa comes from the fertile island of Ibiza, in the Balearic islands
